Who we are

Wojtek Property Services is the trading name of Wojciech Okurowski, a sole trader based in Iwade, Kent ME9. We are responsible for the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we get your name, phone number, town or postcode, the type of job and your message, plus your email address if you give it. The form sends these details straight to our email inbox. The website itself does not keep them.

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we get your number and anything you send us, such as photos of the job.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, price the job and, if you go ahead, do the work. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract, and then carrying out that contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website, delivers the form to our inbox and forwards emails sent to our website address. Yahoo provides our email inbox. Our website developer looks after the website and can see its technical records.

Cloudflare and Yahoo may process data outside the UK, including in the US. Where they do, UK data protection law requires safeguards such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contract clauses.

Links to WhatsApp and Google take you to their own services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries that don't lead to a job within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep your details and the job records for 6 years, as tax rules require. Cloudflare keeps technical records, including IP addresses, for a few days for security.

Cookies and visit counts

This website uses no cookies and nothing that follows you from site to site, so there is no cookie banner.

To see how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. We also count clicks on our Call and WhatsApp buttons. We record only which button was clicked, where it is on the page and when. Nothing in these counts identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@wojtekpropertyservices.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
